I'm Emily–owner of Plentiful Platters! Bringing people together is one of my passions and there is no better way to do that than with food (especially cheese)! Plentiful Platters was born out of this passion as well as discovering a creative outlet in curating charcuterie boards. By making dozens of charcuterie platters for my own little gatherings and parties, I fell in love with the process and art of putting a perfectly paired platter together. That journey has now evolved into Plentiful Platters which specifically caters to large gatherings and events.
I live in Fort Collins with my husband and two kitties. Aside from Plentiful Platters, my husband and I own and operate a photography business and photography studio in Old Town.

Serving Northern Colorado, we specialize in Grazing Tables, Charcuterie Cones and bulk charcuterie boards. Every order is a custom experience from the planning to the final platter. Whatever kind of event or gathering you are hosting, we can create a beautiful and delicious charcuterie platter. We can create anything from a classic cheese and meat spread, to a dessert table, to a veggie lovers creation.
We are a licensed company and do all of our prep in a commercial kitchen. We are also a proud Chamber of Commerce Member.
